Chhattisgarh Hydro Power LLP is a company in Chhattisgarh that operates and is developing small hydro power projects. It successfully runs the 24 MW Gullu project and is constructing the 24.90 MW Rehar I project. The company is a subsidiary of Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited and its operations are focused on small-scale hydro-power generation within the state.

Role Description

A projects acquisition manager's job is to identify, evaluate, and secure new assets, companies, or Hydro Power projects that align with a company's strategic goals. This role involves market research, due diligence, negotiation, and managing the integration of the acquired entity or asset. Key responsibilities include developing acquisition of Hydro Projects, strategies, analyzing financial performance, coordinating cross-functional teams (like legal and finance), and ensuring the successful execution of deals from start to finish

Qualifications

• Project Acquisition, secure new assets in Hydro
• Experience in Hydro Projects acquisition, in India and CG.
• Good understanding of Hydro Projects, successful completion of deal.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, or any where in India.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in the energy or hydro sector is a plus
