Job Description

Were Hiring Deputy Manager / Manager – Programs (Only Female Candidates)

Location:

Role Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver aerospace programs/projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives.
Define and control operational baselines, including scope management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and change control.
Identify and communicate risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Act as the single point of contact for Project Managers/Programs and customers.
Manage program activities, track progress, monitor budgets, and ensure revenue targets are met.
Handle customer RFQ/RFI, provide quotes, and support engineering estimations and capital budgets.
Conduct readiness audits for new project launches and prepare business case analyses.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, Nadcap, customer requirements).

Key Skills & Knowledge

Strong leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
Experience in fixed-price contract execution and aerospace program management.
Proficiency in SAP (PP & MM) and financial/project performance tracking.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with internal teams and customers.
Exposure to handling Greenfield Projects.

Qualifications

Education:
B.E. (Mechanical / Aeronautical / Aerospace)
Experience:
Minimum 14 years in aerospace industry

Job Highlights

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off)
Shift Timings:
8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
