Position Summary

Programs & Operations Manager

The Programs & Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, support program development, ensure compliance with organizational values, and coordinate between instructors, participants, and partner organizations. This position ensures the smooth functioning, integrity, and expansion of programs and partnerships across all focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

A. Organizational Integrity & Administration

  • Uphold the

    Code of Conduct

    and ensure adherence to organizational values.
  • Develop, document, and maintain

    policies, processes, and operational systems

    .
  • Support record-keeping, data management, and reporting for programs and finances.

B. Program Development & Execution

  • Plan, design, and execute holistic programs covering wellness, education & skills development, ethics, and spirituality.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources with teachers and facilitators.
  • Maintain participant engagement and ensure program quality and consistency.

C. Outreach & Enrollment

  • Promote programs to attract students and participants through online and community channels.
  • Maintain relationships with current participants and alumni.
  • Prepare promotional materials and coordinate with communication teams.

D. Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Liaise with

    partner organizations, schools, NGOs, and spiritual centers

    for collaborations.
  • Represent Integral Excellence in meetings, community events, and volunteer initiatives.
  • Support development of new projects and joint initiatives aligned with the mission.

E. Strategic Planning & Development

  • Contribute to

    long-term planning

    of new programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with budget tracking, grant proposals, and project documentation.
  • Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with Company setup requirements and ongoing compliances

Preferred candidate profile

Education

  • Bachelors degree required (Masters or Ph.D preferred) in any of the following or related fields:
    Engineering, Management, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Yoga/Wellness Studies, or Communications.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in

    program management, education, wellness, NGO, or community operations

    . Candidates will higher experience (including retirees willing to contribute will be strongly considered. Exception and driven candidates with less than 5 years will also be considered
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder coordination and daily operations.
  • Experience with student or participant management systems a plus.
