Summary:The User Experience Engineer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual design solutions with a strong focus on developing and formatting business PowerPoint presentations for leadership and top management in an IT organization. This role involves transforming complex data, insights, and business narratives into visually compelling, professional, and executive-ready presentation materials. The candidate will also support the creation of posters, visual assets, and broader UX/UI design tasks as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical inputs into clear, visually engaging design deliverables.2.Design polished, narrative-driven PowerPoint decks tailored for leadership and senior management, ensuring clarity, precision, and visual storytelling.3.Create posters, communication visuals, and other presentation materials—primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint.4.Present information in a clean, intuitive, and aesthetically appealing way to facilitate executive decision-making.5.Develop creative concepts and design assets from ideation through execution.6.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual language and UX across deliverables.7.Accept and incorporate feedback constructively to refine design outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:1.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to design executive-level presentations, templates, and visual assets.2.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.3.Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and supporting design tools.4.Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility considerations.5.Good knowledge of color theory and color psychology for impactful presentation design.6.Ability to design visually appealing user interfaces and high-quality graphic elements.7.Excellent attention to detail, layout precision, and visual consistency.8.Minimum two years of experience in visual design; preference for candidates with experience creating executive-level communication materials or complex digital designs.9.Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.10.Strong visual storytelling ability with a focus on layout, hierarchy, and information clarity.11.Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver polished outputs for senior audiences.
Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.Strong visual design capabilities and exceptional PowerPoint skills tailored for leadership presentations will be highly preferred.
