You will define project scope, monitor execution, and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead project planning and execution.- Manage project scope, budget, and timeline effectively.- Identify and mitigate project risks.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.- Experience in managing infrastructure projects.- Knowledge of project management methodologies.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
