Must have skills : Program Control Services Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE Summary :As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, and recommending corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with established methodologies, processes, and tools, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Program Control Services. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues. Experience in managing large, complex programs and projects, with a proven track record of delivering on-time, on-budget, and with high quality. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Control Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, engineering, or a related field, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
