You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Project Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile project management methodologies - Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project - Ability to analyze and interpret project data and metrics - Effective communication and presentation skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Project Management - This position is based at our Chennai office - A minimum of 15 years of education is required Qualifications A minimum 15 years of education is required
