You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Transition. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework. Recommendation:Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
