Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.- Manage project resources and stakeholders effectively.- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the specified time frame. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project resources effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 Years continuous education is required.
