About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Programmatic Partnerships Manager (Demand) to join our global programmatic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with leading global demand partners, driving strategic growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless campaign and account execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Build, strengthen, and grow long-term relationships with global demand partners.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Represent the company professionally during partner meetings, reviews, and quarterly business discussions.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
  • Share market intelligence, partner feedback, and insights to help improve products and strategies.

3. Account & Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end account and campaign operations, including technical implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks and KPIs.

4. Data Insights & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare insightful reports and identify new growth opportunities through data analysis.

5. Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, unlock incremental revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems DSPs, SSPs, exchanges (MUST).
  • Hands-on experience with account management, campaign operations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Customer-focused approach and the ability to build meaningful, trust-driven relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in a relevant field.
