Role & Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) using optimization strategies, campaign insights, pacing, inventory quality control, troubleshooting, and tag tracking to ensure KPIs are met (delivery, performance, revenue goals).
  
• Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights at agreed timelines.
  
• Collaborate with agency teams to provide insights and recommendations aligned with client strategy/business goals.
  
• Understand performance objectives and KPIs to develop optimization recommendations.
  
• Proactively learn advanced trading and optimization techniques across all preferred platforms.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
  
• Work closely with global clients and account managers of the Media Services team.
  
• Report directly to the Manager Media Services.
  

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns on

  DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: display, video, social, and analytics.
  
• Campaign troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  
• Audience targeting and optimization techniques.
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (data consolidation & reporting).

• Analytical and technical aptitude with a creative problem-solving mindset.
  
• Team player with ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
