Role Overview The Program and Training Coordinator (PTC) will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing the delivery of training courses and programs. This role involves working closely with trainers, participants, and the communication team to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities β Plan, schedule, coordinate, and maintain all training courses and programs, including online and on-ground sessions. β Identify training needs, skills, or knowledge gaps and develop appropriate training programs. β Plan and execute outreach efforts towards promoting the course with existing leads and reach out to new stakeholders.[1] β Coordinate with learning consultants and designers to prepare and package training materials. β Work with training facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery. β Collaborate with the communications team to release information on upcoming training sessions. β Collect and analyze training feedback to assess effectiveness and impact on employee skills. β Make referrals for additional training or interventions as needed. β Analyze training data to identify successful areas and improvement opportunities. β Provide ongoing support and guidance to training participants. β Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to training attendance, evaluation, and progress. β Ensure timely completion of certifications and communication to participants and leadership. β Manage procurement and distribution of training materials. β Track participant progress and develop action plans as required. β Attend meetings and fulfill additional responsibilities based on company needs. Candidate ProfileQualifications β Education: β Bachelorβs Degree (Required) β MBA/Masterβs Degree (Preferred) β Work Experience: β 1β3 years of experience in training coordination and management. Skills & Competencies β Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator . β Hands-on experience in managing multiple training events. β Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and web-based training tools . β Ability to conduct end-to-end training cycles (needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation). β Familiarity with modern training methods and best practices. β Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines . β Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in English and Hindi ; knowledge of regional languages is a plus). β Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . β Comfortable working with online training platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classroom . β Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. β Ability to network and build professional relationships . β Willingness to travel within India as required. Preferred Qualifications β Candidates with relevant educational background in training, education, sports management, or HR . β Prior experience in sports or educational training programs will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: βΉ20,000.00 - βΉ25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
