About the YCEO Program

The Young CEO (YCEO) program is a unique, immersive 4-day bootcamp designed to introduce high school students to the real-world experience of being an entrepreneur. Through workshops, mentoring, team-based challenges, and pitch sessions, students explore the startup lifecycle—from identifying problems to pitching business ideas.

This transformative experience helps students develop entrepreneurial mindsets, leadership skills, and the confidence to lead change.

Program Mentor

We are looking for a passionate Mentor with an entrepreneurial background to guide and support students during the YCEO program. The mentor will play a key role in shaping the learning experience by engaging with students, offering practical insights, and providing personalized feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate small-group discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Guide student teams in identifying problems, ideating solutions, and building pitch decks.

Share personal entrepreneurial experiences to inspire students.

Offer constructive feedback during practice and final pitch presentations.

Foster a growth-oriented and collaborative environment.

Who Should Apply

Passionate about mentoring and working with school students (Grades 8–12).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Based in Chennai during the program dates.

• Available full-time from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for all 4 days of the program.
