Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the SAP roadmap aligned with business goals across all India operations.
• Lead

  large, complex SAP projects

  including greenfield implementations, rollouts, and major upgrades.
• Manage full-cycle SAP initiatives from business case development to post-implementation support.
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders to translate business needs into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Drive harmonization and optimization of business processes across business units.
• Ensure adherence to SAP governance, integration standards, and change control processes.
• Lead and mentor high-performing internal SAP teams and manage implementation partners.
• Monitor system performance, lead system upgrades, and ensure robust support and user satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in at least one SAP core module

  FI, SD, PP, MM

  (in that order of priority).
• Good working knowledge of

  ABAP

  and

  BASIS

  for effective coordination with development and infrastructure teams.
• Strong grasp of SAP system architecture including

  client configuration, transport management, and system landscapes

  .
• Understanding of integration of SAP with non-SAP systems using

  IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments and digital core readiness is a plus.

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification

  (e.g., Prince2, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.
