As a Program Manager at Mosaic Wellness, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing delivery operations by ensuring speed, reliability, and exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end delivery process, collaborating with internal and external teams, and driving innovations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal delays. - Identify and address bottlenecks in the delivery process to enhance efficiency. - Work closely with customer happiness teams to proactively resolve order-related issues and minimize escalations. - Collaborate with partners to streamline operations and optimize costs. - Develop and monitor delivery performance metrics, striving to achieve ambitious speed goals. - Partner with product and tech teams to implement customer-centric solutions for operational visibility and improved customer experience. - Lead experimental projects to test and implement new delivery strategies.
