As a Program Manager (Martech- Marketing Technology) with over 6 years of experience, your role will involve: - Providing end-to-end project management for digital projects - Scoping project requirements, preparing budgets, and developing detailed project plans - Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards - Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects - Developing support documentation such as risk logs and requirement specifications - Monitoring and reporting on Google Analytics metrics - Communicating effectively with the team, ensuring all members are aligned with delegated tasks - Proactively identifying potential risks or malfunctions and taking necessary actions to resolve issues - Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting new projects Your qualifications and skills should include: - Proven work experience in different MSIL LOBs such as Sales and Service - Hands-on experience with project management software like MS Project and Excel - Familiarity with MSIL digital landscape and existing systems at M&S - Solid technical background with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues - Excellent organization, time management, communication, and team management skills Additionally, you would need to have a thorough understanding of the marketing technology domain and be adept at handling various digital projects efficiently.,
