Role & responsibilities

Financial / Productivity achievement of PB Portfolio, Fee Income, Cross Sell

• Enable PB with inputs on How to Achieve Goal Sheet Targets
• Focused and quality engagement with low performing PBs expectation is to ensure performance step-up.
• Providing inputs to Central Teams on Goal Sheet, Portfolio Mapping, Data Analytics and drive sales within portfolio.
• Working on central projects and initiatives.
• Coordination with respective business stakeholders to deliver objectives.
• Improvise / Develop new programs
• • Drive new process/product initiatives and assess the requirement of pricing changes, product development aiding fee income
• • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for new or enhanced deposit products.
• • Design product/ program/ process roadmaps, defining features, pricing, and positioning to meet business objectives and customer expectations while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• • Initiatives aiding Acquisition of New Relationships and in penetration in existing relationships Program Documentation adhering to defined policies, defining processes with clear deviation/delegation matrices, exception management Oversee end-to-end product commercialization, including new launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement

Implementation of guidelines issued by regulatory authorities 2. Operational efficiency i. Process formulation and enablers to improve account opening TATs and ensuring FTR 3. Query Management - Branch and stakeholder query management within TAT 4. Project Management - Implementation of projects as assigned from time to time and ensuring Branch / Channel understands and implements the same 5. Liaison with Stakeholders Liaison with important stakeholders like Legal, Compliance, Risk, Process teams for projects / processes /other support teams. 6. Improve processes around product launches / alliances keeping in mind legal/compliance & Operational Risk aspects

7. Devise and re-work the policies / process that will help the bank in improving productivity and eliminate the frauds and mis-selling case

Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data protection laws.

Implementation of Regulatory Compliance and AML guidelines compliance

Improving operational Service delivery and mitigating operational risk

Establish transparent pricing models for fees and interest rates, aligned with market standards and regulatory guidelines.

Adhere to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to safeguard customer information. Implement policies to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks associated with liabilities products

Monitor and review portfolio benchmarks on Accounts #, Value, ATS, SLC%, CIB, NAV

Analyze portfolio across key vectors at Region, Segment, Product and Channel level

Identify Value destroyers and define action steps

Manage and optimize Weedout process of inactive accounts

Ability to influence and work across functional teams

Take key decision impacting the business

Good at time management leading to timely achievements of goals set
