Excellent with deadlines, team follow-ups, and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Break roadmap into weekly tasks with timelines
Track execution across app, ERP, logistics, and sales ops
Prepare weekly “CEO Brief” with KPIs, delays, solutions
Coordinate internal teams and external tech partners
Run digital adoption reviews with sales and field teams
