Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our team at M1 LOGIX, with 5-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement program plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality deliverables, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze program data to inform decision-making, optimize program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience with program management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
