Program Manager, IT Asset Management

Role Overview: As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include planning requirements, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects may involve coordination across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres to ensure progress and deadlines are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Apply knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and have practical experience in designing and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Create and enforce policies using ServiceNow tools, configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery to manage CI relationships, and resolve data discrepancies. - Generate ServiceNow reports and performance analytics dashboards to visualize CMDB health, asset data, and other key metrics for various stakeholders. - Utilize ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and business rules to automate asset life-cycle processes from procurement to retirement. - Take ownership of and manage the IT Hardware Product Catalog in ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data integrity and synchronization between ServiceNow and SAP S/4HANA. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in IT asset management. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in master data governance. - Understanding of ITAM principles and the asset life-cycle, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) certification preferred.,
