You will play a key role in planning, onboarding healthcare leaders as speakers, and hosting live medical case discussions featuring renowned doctors around the globe in their field of speciality. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our platform while making a significant impact on medical education. Responsibilities Onboard and coordinate with expert speakers for live medical case discussions. Collaborate closely with the marketing, technology, content, category, and enterprise teams to ensure the smooth execution of case discussions and webinars. Work with the video editing team to ensure timely editing and uploading of the latest case discussion videos on assimilate.one Facilitate engaging and interactive discussions during the live sessions, encouraging active participation from the audience. Ensure adherence to quality standards and professional conduct during case discussions. Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical research, treatments, and practices related to the discussed specialities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the case discussions program by providing feedback and suggesting innovative ideas. Requirements MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge and understanding of medical specialities and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and moderate discussions effectively. Experience in hosting or facilitating medical webinars, conferences, or similar events is preferred ( not mandatory) Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
