As a Program Manager - Assimilate at Assimilate by Medvarsity, your role will involve planning, onboarding healthcare leaders as speakers, and hosting live medical case discussions featuring renowned doctors worldwide in their respective specialities. This opportunity allows you to contribute significantly to the growth of the platform and make a meaningful impact on medical education. Responsibilities: - Onboard and coordinate with expert speakers for live medical case discussions. - Collaborate closely with various teams such as marketing, technology, content, category, and enterprise to ensure seamless execution of case discussions and webinars. - Work with the video editing team to ensure timely editing and uploading of the latest case discussion videos on assimilate.one. - Facilitate engaging and interactive discussions during live sessions, encouraging active audience participation. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and professional conduct during case discussions. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical research, treatments, and practices related to discussed specialities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the case discussions program by providing feedback and suggesting innovative ideas. Requirements: - MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution. - Strong knowledge and understanding of medical specialities and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and moderate discussions effectively. - Experience in hosting or facilitating medical webinars, conferences, or similar events is preferred (not mandatory). - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in using digital platforms and comfortable with technology. - Passion for medical education and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.,
