Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and coordinate with expert speakers for live medical case discussions. - Collaborate with various teams including marketing, technology, and content to ensure seamless execution of case discussions and webinars. - Work with the video editing team to ensure timely editing and uploading of case discussion videos on assimilate.one. - Facilitate interactive discussions during live sessions and encourage audience participation. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and professional conduct during case discussions. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical research and practices related to discussed specialties. - Provide feedback and innovative ideas for continuous improvement of the case discussions program. Qualifications Required: - MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution. - Strong knowledge and understanding of medical specialties and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and moderate discussions effectively. - Experience in hosting or facilitating medical webinars, conferences, or similar events is preferred (not mandatory). - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in using digital platforms and comfortable with technology. - Passion for medical education and commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.,
