Program Manager for Japan OEMs

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for the customer, leading project activities and making decisions for the project - Ensure program financial targets are met by collaborating with the product financial team - Manage cost and timing for the program by working closely with manufacturing plants and global sites - Lead supplier sourcing activities with the Purchasing Department to align with program goals - Manage project risks by overseeing RIOs in enterProj and ensuring timely closure - Support the project team in monitoring timing, income, expense, and resource management - Prepare and lead Project Board reviews, ensure quality assurance, and chair the Change Control Board (CCB) to manage key project changes and issues Key Performance Indicators: - Achieve program financial targets - Ensure Plant process readiness - Effective risk and issue management Qualifications Required: - Project Management or product development experience in the automotive industry with exposure to Electronics products (more than 3 years) - Proven track record of managing programs from business award to launch - Experience working with cross-functional departments such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Accounts - Business level proficiency in Japanese and English Additional Company Details: Visteon is a company focused on leading the evolution of automotive digital cockpits and safety solutions through constant innovation.
