Job Description

As a Program Manager - Enterprise Application at Netradyne, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the implementation and ongoing support of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that these systems align with the business objectives and strategies, while overseeing multiple projects to enhance and integrate these platforms. Your responsibilities will include facilitating requirement gathering, analyzing, and breaking down tasks into functional specifications and technical solutions. You will need to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, you will coordinate and supervise the work of internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables. Regular project status meetings and updates to senior management and stakeholders will be part of your routine. You will also identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to address challenges. Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the ERP, CRM, and other systems will be a critical aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will facilitate user training and support to drive successful adoption and utilization of the ERP and CRM systems within the organization. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in managing large-scale ERP, CRM, and HCM implementations and support projects. Experience with at least one ERP system or multiple ERP systems in the Financial Domain is essential. A strong understanding of Enterprise systems, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities, is required. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage various stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Desirable skills include certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), experience with specific ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce), knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices, experience in change management and user training programs, and an advanced degree (e.g., MBA). Qualifications and education requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
