Program Manager- Affiliate Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning sales and growth through content creators at BetterAlt. Your role will involve leading strategy, execution, and optimization of rewards programs and campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will manage relationships with affiliates, optimize campaigns, and drive growth and performance by leveraging data to maximize ROI. Your accountability will include owning performance metrics, meeting growth targets, revenue goals, and KPIs. Moreover, you will lead strategy and negotiations, develop marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, and collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials for TikTok Shop affiliates. Key Responsibilities: - Own sales and growth through content creators by leading strategy, execution, and optimization of rewards programs and campaigns - Manage relationships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact to drive growth and performance - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, leveraging data to maximize ROI - Own performance metrics, ensuring growth, revenue targets, and KPIs are met - Lead strategy and negotiations, develop and implement marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns - Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials for TikTok Shop affiliates Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) - 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong affiliate relationships - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills,
