Job Description

The role of Program Manager Tech with Engineering Services requires you to deliver high-quality Engineering work within specified timelines and resource constraints. Your responsibilities include driving efficiencies for GSS through various functional opportunities, defining, scaling, managing, and delivering multiple tech projects, collaborating with key stakeholders for scoping and prioritization based on business impact, turning analyzed data into actionable deliverables, working with vendor teams for continuous program improvement, and working with internal teams to deliver tech solutions driving operational efficiency. You should have a strategic vision, engage in cross-functional interaction, communicate plans and insights to stakeholders, share frameworks and best practices for project delivery, possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, and have exposure to technical systems and design. Additionally, you should be a thought leader for data-informed initiatives, establish processes for continuous improvement, and have at least 4 years of experience in technical program management or product management. Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related professional experience, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence and motivate individuals across different job functions. Preferred qualifications include solid technical aptitude, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.,
