The incumbent is responsible for driving liabilities book growth, new customer acquisition and product penetration for the NR segment. Responsible for enabling and supporting the channels and branches for overall NRI segment growth including IBU, quality NTB acquisitions, NR segment profitability through enhanced PPI & fee income, related campaigns and initiatives, trainings and stakeholder engagements.

Ensure to launch initiatives in line with the overall Organizational strategy • Assist in planning, designing & development of Product Portfolio strategy to meet business objective • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and engage with them on a regular basis
Segment book growth and portfolio quality improvement Ensuring quality program level sourcing for NRI segment across the channels Leveraging alliance tie-ups and festive campaigns for new customer broad basing Engaging with channel/regional teams to drive tie-ups for new client acquisition Enabling D2C to induce funding and drive cross sell Leveraging wealth proposition through D2C/branches Ensure the product offerings are in line with the competition Launching channel /customer facing initiatives through central channel and regional teams
Engagement & support to frontline channels - trainings, knowledge, data analytics Setting regular cadence with channel teams/channel heads for portfolio performance review Assisting channel/regional with day-to-day business escalations and requirement Undergoing self-development training programs Conduct regular Market analysis and publish to the relevant stakeholders
Ensure the existing & new product / processes are in adherence to the policies & regulations Closely work with Risk, Legal & Compliance on various product/portfolio related matters Audit management Escalated Complaints management
Ability to influence and work across functional teams Take key decision impacting the business Good at time management leading to timely achievements of goals set Be accountable for initiatives & activities conducted
