Program Lead Engineer - Enterprise Analytics

The Impact You ll Make The Lam Digital Transformation (DT) and enterprise application team is looking to augment the existing technical team with a Technical Integration Lead. As a Technical Integration Lead, you will be a subject matter expert in the enterprise applications integration space (cloud and on-premises). You will work alongside solution and technical architects and BSAs to understand Business requirements. You will own the integration technical design specification and, drive implementation and testing of integrations. You will drive the ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, managing data and system conversions, and interface development with legacy ABAP and new S/4HANA features. You integrate S/4HANA with SAP BTP services like Cloud Integration and API Management for cloud functionalities. You ensure code quality through reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborating with stakeholders, you translate requirements into effective ABAP solutions. You conduct testing to ensure stability and resolve production issues, providing timely support to end users. What You ll Do Who We re Looking For Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development across various SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, HR, etc.) with a strong foundation in classic ABAP and ABAP on HANA. Proven experience in leading large-scale ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including data migration strategies and system conversion processes. Proven expertise in SAP BTP services like Cloud Foundry, CDS, SAP Extension Suite, Event Mesh and integration capabilities, with the ability to design and deploy cloud-native applications. Deep understanding of SAP BTP services (Cloud Integration, API Management, etc.) and expertise in integrating on-premise SAP systems with cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in ABAP development tools (SE24, SE38, SE80) and strong knowledge of ABAP debugging techniques. Experience with CDS views, OData services, and SAP Gateway for developing RESTful APIs. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and explain technical concepts clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions and development best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of SAP UI technologies (Fiori, SAPUI5) would be an advantage Security concepts such as authentication, SSO, etc. Good understanding of Web technologies architecturally, and related security setup Security concepts including authentication, single sign-on, etc.
