We’re looking for a dynamic Program Experience Coordinator who will be the vibrant face of our brand and the operational backbone of our learning experiences. 🔑 Key Highlights of the Role

✨ Host live workshops, programs, and community events with confidence and energy

✨ Drive participant engagement and create memorable learning experiences

✨ Manage operations, session prep, and facilitator coordination end-to-end

✨ Collaborate with teams on visuals, content design, and promotional materials

✨ Innovate with engagement formats, competitions, and recognition campaigns

📌 Role Details

Level: Mid-Level

Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 INR

Location: Remote (with dynamic collaboration)

👤 Who We’re Looking For

👉 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, learning facilitation, or event hosting

👉Confident presenter with strong hosting/facilitation skills

👉Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

👉Creative with an eye for visuals (Canva, Google Slides, etc.)

👉Collaborative and eager to contribute across teams
