Job Description

The Program Development Associate at Redaptive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in pursuing customers. Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for structuring compelling customer programs, business cases, and customer-facing materials to facilitate deal closure. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with customers, possess creative problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage deals from inception to completion. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Program Development, you will contribute to Redaptive's mission as an Energy-as-a-Service provider dedicated to helping organizations reduce energy waste, save costs, lower carbon emissions, and achieve sustainability goals. Responsibilities And Duties - Project manage cross-functional workflows to create persuasive business cases for potential Redaptive customers - Develop cash flow models and presentations for key client opportunities - Collaborate with the Sales team to strategically position proposals - Act as a trusted adviser to the sales team, providing unique value propositions to enhance deal closure - Manage a pipeline of developing opportunities at different stages in the sales cycle - Translate customer data into actionable insights to expedite deal closure - Provide guidance to sales and internal teams on Program development inquiries - Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation - Engage with customers to grasp their needs and ensure internal alignment on customer-specific requirements - Enforce departmental review and approval SLA's Required Abilities And Skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in legal, finance, sales, and operations - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Excellent critical thinking and analytical capabilities - Professional, self-aware, and transparent communication style - Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Education And Experience - 1-3 years of experience in deal desk, sales support, sales operations, consulting, or related roles - Experience in sales strategy, sales operations, content development, and project management is advantageous - Prior experience in management consulting is a plus Travel - This role does not entail any international travel Redaptive is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.,
