The primary responsibilities of the Program Consultant include engaging with potential students, providing detailed information on available programs, and assisting them throughout the enrollment procedure. Daily tasks involve executing digital outreach initiatives, managing CRM-based interactions, and contributing to enrollment campaigns. Moreover, the Program Consultant will collaborate closely with marketing teams to foster lead generation and implement conversion strategies that resonate with the institution's objectives. Qualifications for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, prior experience in digital outreach and lead generation, proficient counseling and guidance skills, the capacity to work collaboratively with marketing units to devise enrollment strategies, familiarity with the education sector or online/distance learning would be advantageous, and the flexibility to operate on-site in Gurgaon.,
