The Head of Admissions ensures that the admissions process aligns with the institution's goals and enhances the overall student experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy that aligns with the institutions goals and objectives. Analyze trends and data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed. Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrolment.
