Working closely with high school and undergraduate college students, iDreamCareer offers a comprehensive career guidance product that covers various aspects such as careers, colleges, exams, scholarships, psychometric assessment tools, and personalized counseling sessions. The social impact team at iDreamCareer is actively engaged in driving career guidance initiatives for nonprofits, CSR organizations, and foundations throughout India. We are seeking an individual who embodies the qualities of an intrapreneur, a self-learner, and someone who actively fosters internal and external conversations. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the annual engagement plan for partner NGOs, foundations, and CSR organizations. - Coordinate with career counselors to effectively engage them in Social Impact projects in Punjab and other assigned locations. - Identify counselors from the community based on project and student requirements, ensuring alignment and tracking project progress. - Manage counselor activity reports, monthly reports, data management, and plans. - Organize monthly review meetings with partners and conduct field visits as needed. - Collaborate with the communications, finance, and travel desk teams. - Create and coordinate impact stories with the communication team. - Build and maintain relationships with partners and counselors to support student success. - Drive advocacy through social media participation and engagement in social events. - Ensure proper implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities to capture project impact. - Provide backend support on data management, credentials creation, and access management for Social Impact projects. Skills Required: - 1-4 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in data management tools like G Suite, MS Excel, and macros. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A self-learner with a passion for continuous growth. - Experience in social impact, NGOs, or EdTech is advantageous. This position is based in Chandigarh and requires a bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification. A master's degree in social science, social work, social entrepreneurship, or management is a plus but not mandatory.,
