Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies and guidelines to ensure smooth program operations.
• Support execution of initiatives and contribute to generating qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Assist in validating and improving workstream initiatives with execution support.
• Identify basic process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain and update trackers, plans, and documentation to support program execution.
• Monitor ongoing program activities and share timely updates with managers for decision-making.
• Assist in drafting and following SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency in operations.
• Coordinate with instructors, product, tech, placement, and finance teams for smooth execution.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
• Align closely with Program Managers to meet team goals and deliverables.
• Maintain reports and dashboards to track inputs, outputs, and progress.
• Provide operational support in staffing programs and organising student-facing activities.
• Contribute to student engagement and satisfaction through timely support and execution.
