WORK FROM HOME

Role & responsibilities

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Tech Courses Selling
Good communication
Should be OK to do night shift
No K12

Perks and benefits

Working Days

5.5 Days (Monday 3.30 Am - 8 Am(0.5), Monday 9.30 Pm the week starts (5))

Shift Timing

9.30 PM - 8 AM (US Shift)

Retention Bonus:

50K paid after 6 months

Incentives:

55K Avg per month (Uncapped)
