Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Program Advisor. The Program Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students on college selection, entrance exam preparation, and career planning. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing and participating in webinars and events, and staying updated with the latest developments in the higher education sector. The Program Advisor will also collaborate with mentors and maintain strong communication with students to ensure they have the resources and support needed for their educational journey.

• Strong counseling and mentoring skills
• Experience with college selection, entrance exams, and career planning
• Excellent organizational and event management skills
• Ability to stay updated with real-time information and developments in higher education
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for webinars and virtual events
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
