Role Overview:

• Oversee the complete admission cyclefrom lead generation to final enrolment.
• Engage with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person counselling.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Career Counselling:

• Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand students' academic goals and career aspirations.
• Guide students in selecting suitable educational programs aligned with their interests and strengths.
• Stay updated on academic trends, courses, and industry requirements.

Marketing & Outreach:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for educational programs, including offline and digital campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, and open houses to attract and engage prospective students.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote HHM educational program.
• Represent the organization at education fairs and community events.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, or education marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-first attitude.
• Experience in event coordination and institutional outreach is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
