Interested candidates please drop their cv at consultant6@novoquest.in Role- PCH- Almond Sales Location-Gurgaon Salary-upto 14 LPA Candidate Must be from Almond processing industry Job purpose This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive profitability, optimize operations, and expand market presence. Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the almond industry, knowledge of dry nuts including procurement, sales, market trends, and financial management. Duties and responsibilities Business Strategy & P&L Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve profitability, optimize revenue streams, and manage costs effectively. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and oversee the management of key accounts. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to stay ahead in the market. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights, to senior management. Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Sales & Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, expand distribution channels, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Procurement & Supply Chain: Oversee sourcing strategies, maintain quality standards, and ensure a seamless supply chain. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to foster strong partnerships and ensure business alignment. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, mitigate risks, and maintain high ethical standar Qualifications Qualifications include: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership skills, Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with excel, sap software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
