Role Overview

Profile Building Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in building strong, well-rounded profiles aligned with top US & UK university requirements.
• Design structured action plans and ensure timely execution of all application-related tasks.
• Mentor students in academics, extracurriculars, internships, and leadership opportunities to enhance their candidature.
• Collaborate with families, offering clear communication, guidance, and reassurance throughout the process.
• Maintain accountability and ownership of assigned student cohorts, ensuring deadlines are met without compromise.

Requirements

• Alumni from prestigious international universities (preferred).
• Strong understanding of undergraduate and postgraduate admissions processes in the US & UK.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counseling, mentoring, or admissions-related roles.
• Excellent organizational skills; process-oriented with a keen eye for timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both students and parents.
• A passion for education and helping students unlock their full potential.
