Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in

  Food Production, Bakery, Food & Beverage Service, and Front Office

• Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
• Develop and update course content to align with current industry practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Engage in academic research, publications, and institutional development initiatives.
• Mentor students and promote a professional learning environment.
