Key role requirements for this position:
  • **Teaching and Instruction**:

  • **Surgical Procedures**: Perform and supervise gynecological surgeries, ensuring best practices and patient safety.
  • **Research and Scholarship**:
  • **Research Activities**: Conduct and lead research in gynecology, contributing to advancements in the field through studies and clinical trials.
  • **Publications and Presentations**: Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences to disseminate new knowledge.
  • **Mentorship and Supervision**:
  • **Guidance**: Mentor and support junior faculty, residents, and medical students in their professional and academic development.
  • **Evaluation**: Assess the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback to aid their growth.
  • **Administrative and Service Duties**:
  • **Committee Work**: Participate in departmental committees, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in institutional service activities.
  • **Program Management**: Assist in developing and overseeing gynecology-related educational and clinical programs within the medical college.
