The Faculty of Business at FLAME University in Pune, India is looking for highly research-active candidates to join their team in Entrepreneurship, with a focus on areas such as family business management, social entrepreneurship, start-up ecosystem, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship. We are currently seeking applications for full-time positions in Entrepreneurship at all levels (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor). Candidates with a blend of academic and industry experience are preferred. Responsibilities of the faculty members include teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. is required at the time of application. The successful applicant will be expected to conduct independent, high-quality research and collaborate with fellow scholars to create a vibrant interdisciplinary research community. They should also be able to translate research outcomes into evidence-based practices, programs, and policies. Excellence in teaching is a fundamental value at FLAME University, and the faculty member should adopt innovative teaching methods that promote inclusivity and diversity.
