Must have design and implementation experience on GCP with exposure in defining/implementing strategy and roadmap for cloud adoption. In depth, practical experience with Cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), automation, orchestration, trends and industry-leading cloud vendor offerings Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high visibility cloud computing initiatives to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost effectiveness and high availability in the cloud. Provides expert level design and engineering support towards the successful delivery of cloud project portfolio. Expert in designing, building, and automating solutions utilizing GCP Database services - Proficient on Managed and unmanaged Database services, have handled at least 2-3 large scale Database Infrastructure build out and provisioning of related services in GCP using IAC (Terraform). Expertise with planning, modeling, design, implementation, support, and performance optimization to deliver Database as a Service. Proficient and have a thorough understanding of Cloud service Database offerings on one or more of them Support unit, integration, quality, and performance testing and exposure on creation of product playbook. Exposure and have through understanding of database integration with security scanning, security posture management and reporting tools. Should have a thorough understanding of Cloud service offerings on Security, Data Protection and Security policy implementations. Should have thorough understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing concepts (IP, DNS, Guardrails, Vnets) and exposure to cloud security, AD, authentication methods, RBAC. Must have professional cloud certification on r GCP and preferably in cloud Database area. Desired Qualifications:Experience with GCP with Terraform. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences Ability to deliver engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership accountability in a matrix structure.
