Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office administration functions to support the firms operations.
  • Oversee client onboarding and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or any three-year related course
  • Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome
