As a Sales Representative in this role, your primary job function will include achieving the assigned sales targets territory/geography-wise. You will be responsible for carrying out effective field work independently and reporting your field work on a daily basis using the assigned online system. It is important to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will involve generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share for the company. You will be expected to promote the Division's products according to the strategy in place. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists is crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good Brand Ambassador for the company.
