Professional Integrations (ATS Integrations)

Role Overview: When you join Accurate Background, you become an integral part of ensuring every hire is the start of a success story. Your contributions will assist in advancing the background screening experience through visibility and insights, empowering clients to make smarter, unbiased decisions. As an Integration Support Professional at Accurate, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding/integration process, collaborating with internal departments to ensure both clients and Accurate are positioned for success. Creativity and a consultative, solutions-oriented approach are essential in delivering results to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Triage client reported issues related to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or API integrations. - Assist clients and the Accurate Onboarding Team in integration configuration, testing, and addressing client questions. - Act as the initial point of contact for all client-reported integration issues through the ticketing system. - Troubleshoot reported issues, offer potential solutions, or escalate as needed. - Maintain communication with stakeholders on issue resolution. - Understand client integration requirements and system capabilities, translating them effectively. - Collaborate with clients and ATS representatives to identify account setup and integration requirements. - Provide support for integration testing. Qualifications: - Familiarity with integrated API solutions and the ability to explain technical solutions to clients. - Understanding of complex requirements and unique solutions. - Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, exceeding client expectations. - Time-management skills, establishing reasonable deadlines for resolution. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Basic knowledge of XML and JSON required. - Basic knowledge of SQL and databases required. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. - Experience with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, etc., is a plus. - Background screening experience is a plus.
