- Technical support for customers (pre-sales and post-sales)

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

- Testing, installation, and commissioning

- Technical documentation and communication with stakeholders


Required Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in technical support

- Engineering degree (B.E./ B. Tech.)

- Knowledge of Ethernet layer-2 and layer-3 protocols

- Experience with testers like VeEX, Viavi, Spirent


Nice to Have:

- Experience in TDM network, Virtualization (SD-WAN), or Linux operating system


Essential Qualities:

- Problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and travel locally or abroad.
