Responsibilities: Actively involved in post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities. Perform demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installation, homologation testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for customers abroad or remotely. Perform testing and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve the technical issues. Perform root cause analysis of issues. Contribution to the knowledge base of the team.
