You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Furthermore, you will lead process improvement initiatives, including the identification of challenges, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and delivering on a recommended solution. Interface with client relationship teams to identify and resolve client issues relating to the product/platform will also be part of your responsibilities.
